Start from the center and keep adding the ingredients.
when you finished to mix in the bowl it is time now for kneading the dough by hand or if you have a fancy mixer use that until it is smooth and firm and not sticky! You will need some extra flour for doing this job
Put the ball in an oiled bowl.
 Cover with a clingfilm.
And finally cover with a towel and let the dough rise for 30 min.
Let's start the filling. Cut the butter in small pieces.
Put in a bowl the sugar and the butter and start mixing well. If you are using the soft spread butter or margarine should be very easy. In this picture I used room temperature butter. (Old fashion style).
 Add the cinnamon.
The mix is ready. You can put into the microwave for 10 second to make it easier the mixing and the future spreading.
Let's start the assembly part. Preheat the oven at 230C or gas mark 8. Take a piece of parchment paper and attack it with tape on the surface. Oil the surface.
Start spreading the dough trying to create a rectangle.
 Start spreading the filling.
You should try to cover eavenly all the dough.
Roll the mix trying to make a huge sausage. Cut the roo into 3 cm slices.
Put the slices in your baking pan. Don't put to much close to each other as the rools will increase in size drastically (at least the double).
Cook for 20 minutes. The rools will be golden brown and the sugar will be caramelized.
See how couzy they became? If you remember the original picture before going in the oven. Now you are ready to enjoy these delicious rolls.
